Exclusive Splash Adventures! – £36

£10 per extra dog (maximum 5 dogs)

Perfect for first-time swimmers, nervous or reactive dogs, or dogs that prefer a quieter session. Maybe you have multiple dogs and still want a private pool session or you can share the pool with a friend and their dogs if you wish.

Bouncy Barkers Pool Party! – £16 per dog

(Maximum 5 dogs)

For confident swimmers over 12 months old that are small to medium in size who love to play and splash with others.

Big Barkers Pool Party! – £16 per dog

(maximum 5 dogs)

For confident swimmers over 12 months old that are large in size who love to play and splash with others. Be prepared to get wet!

Wee Woofers Pool Party! – £20 per dog

(Maximum 3 dogs)

A relaxed and supportive session where puppies up to 12 months old can build confidence in the water and learn from more adventurous friends. Puppies must have attended a Solo Swim before joining the party.

Wise Woofers Pool Party! – £16 per dog

(Maximum 5 dogs)

Gentle, low-impact sessions designed for dogs aged 10 and over who enjoy a calm swim and friendly social time.

If you book extra dogs for all three sessions, they’ll also receive a half-price swim on your fourth booking.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once payment has been received you can book all of your swim sessions. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Please note any unused sessions are non-refundable after the season ends.

Important Pool Rules

We want every dog and owner to enjoy their visit safely. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Please take note of the following rules:

  • Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times.
  • Please toilet your dog before entering the pool area and clean up after them. If a dog toilets in the pool, a cleaning fee may apply if the pool must be closed for maintenance.
  • No rough handling — dogs must never be pushed, pulled, or thrown into the water.
  • Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations or titre tested.
  • Dogs’ claws must be clipped short to prevent damage to the pool liner. Entry may be refused if claws are sharp.
  • A 1-minute swim = 4-minute run. Dogs won’t be encouraged to swim for longer than 20 minutes per session.
  • Avoid feeding your dog for 2–3 hours before and after swimming.
  • Woofs & Waves is not a hydrotherapy provider; we offer fun and fitness swims only. If your dog has health concerns, injuries, or is recovering from surgery, you must seek vet approval before attending.
  • Please tell us if your dog is reactive, unsociable, has a history of biting, or is on the Dangerous Dogs list. We can still accommodate you safely with a Solo Session.
  • If a dog shows aggression or causes injury to staff, customers, or other dogs, you may be asked to leave and refrain from rebooking until the behaviour has been addressed.
  • Entering the pool is at your own risk.
  • Children aged 12 or over may enter the pool only if they can swim and stand with their head above water. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
  • Please behave sensibly around the pool — no jumping in or unsafe play.
  • Abuse towards staff or other visitors (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated and will result in a permanent ban without refund.
  • The pool ladder supports a maximum of 16 stone as per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Each 30-minute session includes entry and exit time — please vacate the pool and enclosure promptly at the end of your session.
  • We love sharing photos and videos of happy swimmers on social media! Please let us know before your session if you’d prefer not to be included in posts. We cannot control what other visitors share independently.

Payments, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your booked time. Unfortunately, sessions cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours, and no refund will be given for late changes or missed sessions.

  • Cancellations: made 48 hours or more before your appointment receive a full refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session.

  • If Woofs & Waves must cancel for any reason, you’ll be offered a full refund or an alternative time slot.
  • As our pool is outdoors, we continue to operate in the rain. Normal cancellation terms apply for weather-related changes unless we deem conditions unsafe, in which case you’ll be offered a refund or new appointment.
